My son will be 1 month old on the 28th and i havent been able to successfully gotten him to latch on nursing him so i have been using a medela double electric pump advanced style and its been working great but saturday i was gone for a class that lasted roughly 7 hrs and i wasn’t able to pump then when i got home i got about 8 ounces but went out later that night to a fair with my husband and our kids but we were stuck out there for about 5 hours and again i couldnt pump resulting in a decrease of milk flow. besides the obvious, more frequent pumping, is there anything else i can do to help increase my milk flow? mothers milk tea possible??
